Purchase of Advertising Time

At the time you place your prepared advertisement order, or upload your own advertisement, you will be given the opportunity to select your target audience (geography, age, sex and ethnicity) and budget. Based upon this criteria, VoterVoter will purchase television advertising time that it determines will best match your criteria and current availability of ad times. VoterVoter will attempt to prevent any loss to you as the result of a broadcast TV station's failure to fulfill their commitments, but VoterVoter will not be liable for any such failure or unauthorized use of your advertisement. Your purchase of advertising time will be subject to broadcast TV station terms and conditions which may include i) the right of a station to reject, change or substitute ad placements or programming, ii) compliance with a station's policies regarding approval of advertisements, iii) indemnification for liabilities arising out of publication or distribution of the proposed advertisement, iv) such other policies as dictated by the station.

Confirmation of purchased advertising time will be provided by VoterVoter. Proof of performance for the completed schedule will be provided to VoterVoter by the individual broadcast outlets and forwarded to you.
